A lunch is held once a month, usually with an international theme. To mention a few, we've had a French lunch, tried our hands at Japaneese sushi making as well as Lebanese and Baltic food. A planning meeting is held in a member's house the week prior to the luncheon where participants volunteer to prepare a dish from the menu. This lunch is held in a member's home and the cost is shared amongst all those who attend. You do not need to be a "gourmet" cook to participate!
We have recently published an International Cook Book incorporating many of the recipes we have used in the past.
